John Quinn

Director of Process Improvement

John Quinn is the Director of Process Improvement and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2014.
John was the fifth-ever employee to join Nakupuna, when he was hired as a Business Analyst supporting DoD IT projects for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), one of Nakupuna’s oldest customers. Since then, he has held several different roles throughout the companies, most recently as the Director of Process Improvement where he oversaw business development and proposal activities. In his current role, John supports our Shared Services departments, helping to streamline their processes and implement tools and technology to increase efficiency. John has greatly enjoyed supporting our explosive growth, seeing the company expand to more than 1,000 employees.
Prior to joining Nakupuna, John supported marketing efforts at a Big Four accounting and advisory firm as well as at a small nonprofit dedicated to addressing children’s issues. John earned a bachelors’ degree in English from the College of William and Mary and tries to ski at least 20 days every year.

Fun Fact

John is a competitive pinball player and finished 5th in the 2023 Colorado Pinball State Championship.
