Meredith Hudson is Director of Contracts and Procurement and joined the Nakupuna Companies in 2022.

Meredith oversees contracting and procurement activities for all Nakupuna Companies, ensuring our businesses are operated efficiently and compliantly. She provides leadership and oversight to our contracts and procurement staff, while coordinating with our other Shared Service operations to ensure consistent contract execution at every level. Meredith also supports Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance, and relies on her vast experience with these procedures to introduce and maintain compliant purchasing standards and systems.

Meredith began her federal contracting career in 2005 and has served in a variety of roles, including contracts manager and proposal coordinator. Before joining the Nakupuna Companies, she worked with companies ranging from small startups to global corporations supporting customer contracts that involved capabilities such as enterprise systems and unexploded ordnance detection to electronic medical records and spy blimps.

Meredith holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Sustainable Development from the College of William & Mary.
